•negotiated lease for property owner of 30+ acres for solar farm
•closed sale of cell tower leases on office building
•represented buyer in negotiation of proposed purchase of two location funeral home
•negotiated multi-million dollar sale of 150+ acre development parcel to national developer
•represented developer in $5 Million deal including site acquisition, development, financing, title and leasing to national retailer in Metrowest
